Mr. Arvind Kumar
B.Com (H), F.C.A. is a 1980 graduate from Sri Ram College of Commerce of University of Delhi and obtained Chartered Accountant designation in 1983. Have a diverse client base ranging from manufacturers, retailers, construction companies, and non-profit organizations. Along with traditional accounting and audit functions, he also provides accounting training and tax planning.
Mr. Vipin Kumar
B.Com (H), A.C.S, DISA, F.C.A., obtained Chartered Accountant designation in 1987 and has passed advanced diploma course in information system audit (DISA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is actively involved with Commercial organizations. His expertise is in providing income tax & financial advice to corporate and personal clients in addition to servicing a large owner/manager client base and also providing accounting software training advice on corporate law and other related laws.
Mr. Rajeev Jain
B.Sc., F.C.A., obtained his chartered accountants designation in 1990 and has served National Hyproelectric Power Corpn. Ltd., an “A” Grade Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of Power, at various middle management levels, before joining the profession. He is actively engaged in corporate financial and tax advisory services in addition to the accounting and auditing services for individual and corporate clients.
Ms. Reshma Vij
B.Com (H), F.C.A., obtained her chartered accountants designation in 1991 and she is actively engaged in providing accounting, auditing services and tax advisory services to individual and medium size corporate clients. She has keen interest in developing and implementing the accounting and auditing systems.
Mr. Mukesh Kumar Kumar
B.Com (H.) , F.C.A., obtained his chartered accountants designation in 1989 and he is actively engaged in providing auditing services and has conducted audit of various large bank/organistion/PSUs . He has keen interest in developing and implementing the accounting and in providing auditing systems.
Mr. Satish Kumar Thapar
B.Com (H.) , F.C.A., obtained his chartered accountants designation in 1976 and he is actively engaged in providing auditing services and has conducted audit of various large bank/organistion/PSUs . He has been helping/advising over the period to various medium size clients in setting up of business in India. He has keen interest in tax, financial and management advisory services.

Mr. Naresh Kumar Malhotra ( Corporate Consultant)
B.Sc.(H.) , AICWA, ACS, DBF obtained his Cost Accountants designation in 1987and Company Secretary designation in 1993. He is actively engaged in providing Corporate Law Consultancy and Services. He has long experience in working in India and abroad. He has been helping/advising various medium size clients in setting up of business in India. He has keen interest in tax, financial and management advisory services.
Mr. Ashok Kumar Malhotra ( Finance Consultant)
M.Sc., CAIIB has obtained his Post Graduate designation in the year 1973 and specialized his banking associates’ designation (CAIIB) in the year 1984. Mr. Molhotra is a seasoned retired banker, having 34 year banking experience to his credit. He has keen interest in financial planning, resource mobilization, loan syndication and related advisory services.
Staff:
SMC has sixteen Chartered Accountant Trainees (Article clerks) in addition to 6 other experienced staff engaged in preparation review and compilation engagements and government filings, as well as providing various services to many clients. We have also set up accounting software for various clients and provided them with training and support. We also perform various audits, review engagements, and compilation engagements for several companies and non-profit organizations including addressing income and sales tax issues for our clients as well as the preparation of personal tax returns, financial statements and other administrative functions.
Network:
SMC has network Chartered Accountant firm in and around NCR region apart from having network partners (Associates) in other major cities, like Chennai, Bombay, Calcutta, Hyderabad and Chandigarh etc. Network partner helps in operational part of practice and also provide local knowledge and presence.
